Spinach and eggs breakfast


For those of us who do not know, or pretend not to care, it will be repeated until you fall in with the programme; breakfast is the most important meal.
It is almost sacred, so you must not desecrate the rules of meal game.
As a matter of fact, if you eat breakfast, you are less likely to binge throughout the day.
This fact is very helpful for weight watchers. Spinach is rich in foliate and vitamins, chief of which are vitamins B and D.
This recipe for eggs and spinach is very healthful.
INGREDIENTS
6 eggs (cracked and beaten with salt in a bowl)
2 cups spinach (washed and drained)
½ Onion (chopped)
3 scotch bonnet peppers (chopped)
2 tbs olive oil Pinch of salt to taste
PREPARATION
Heat up a pan and drizzle in the oil.
Add the onion and let sweat off.
Pour the eggs into the mix and then add the spinach.
Soon as it cooks, take of the heat.
Serve with choice of carbs; slices of whole wheat bread, pancakes, waffles or scones.
Enjoy with freshly brewed coffee, tea or like me, green tea infused with lemon and ginger.
