18yr old boy from Florida, was jailed for raping a boy while he was babysitting the child.
Frolander Raymond pleaded no contest to lewd and lascivious molestation of a child in Volusia County.
With the plea deal, Frolander avoided a life sentence. He was also ordered to register as a sex offender and wear an ankle monitoring bracelet for the rest of his life after he leaves jail.
Frolander was arrested after the victim’s father walked into his home and found the teenager raping his 11-year-old son.
As we reported earlier, a Florida police chief said that the father will not be charged after brutally beating a teenage boy who raped his son.
The Daytona Beach father beat the 18 year old, who is a close family friend, after finding him and the young boy with their pants down, according to a video uploaded to the Internet.
The father called police about 1:00 a.m., and asked the dispatcher to send an ambulance after he beat the teen unconscious. When asked by the dispatcher if any weapons were involved, the father said “my foot and my fist.”
When officers arrived, they found Raymond Frolander bloodied, bruised and motionless on the living room floor.
Frolander allegedly admitted to raping the boy, saying that he was sexually abused as a child. The victim told authorities that he was sexually abused by Frolander since he was 8 years old.
