The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Muhammadu Buhari, has won in his home state of Katsina with a landslide.
The returning officer for Katsina State, Jibrin Amin, a professor, who announced the result on Monday, said Mr. Buhari polled 1,345,441 votes, while President Goodluck Jonathan of the Peoples Democratic Party got 98,937 votes
