How comedian julius Agwu survived brain surgery

how comedian julius Agwu survived brain surgery
The other day, Julius De Genius Agwu, as he’s fondly called by fans and friends was briskly spontaneous, rivetingly hilarious and would pick on about anything or anyone to make thousands laugh. The last of that type he had was on February 14 when he staged his annual Festival of Love show in commemoration of St. Valentine’s Day, a gig that shook Abuja. After then, he went into hibernation and many thought it was his usual way of holidaying after every successful show. But the hibernation seemed to have extended beyond what would pass for a holiday. Then it was observed that his effervescent Facebook page, Blackberry buzz and sometimes nauseating broadcasts all stopped. Our observations had signaled an ominous fate for the diminutive humour merchant. \
But long as people guessed, none of the presuppositions was near the truth about Agwu’s trouble. According to what he told one of his closest allies, Azuh Arinze, “it went on and on until sometime in May when he had a seizure at home and while his wife, Ibiere, whom he lavished with so much thanks all through our stay for her love, care, understanding and support, battled to halt that, he ran out of breath. Almost lifeless! And with the likely consequences staring her in the face, Ibiere got their maid and the security man to assist her in getting him into one of their cars. And from there, they practically sprinted to the family hospital in Lekki where the doctor battled for hours with his team to ‘bring him back to life again’. As soon as the doctor succeeded in stabilizing him, Julius and his wife immediately left for the United States of America. It was in Houston to be precise where arrangement had been made at the Park Plaza Hospital. After a series of tests, two lumps were discovered in his brain. The lumps had been messing up his health and causing his incessant weight loss. Immediately, the Caucasian surgeons went to work, operating on him for about four hours on Tuesday, May 12, 2015, at the Park Plaza Hospital in Houston Texas, United States of America. Upon being discharged, Julius rested in the US for some time before returning home recently.”
