A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, Alhaji Abubakar Kawu Baraje yesterday asked Nigerians to use the Eid- el- Fitr celebration to seek God’s divine intervention to end insurgency and other challenges facing the country.
Baraje, who made the call in his Sallah message to Nigerians, particularly enjoined Muslims not to be too joyous, but use the occasion as a sober reflection to appreciate Allah for them see the end of Ramadan fast.
Baraje, who assured Nigerians that the APCled Federal Government was determined to restore peace to Nigeria, urged Nigerians to be vigilant and report any suspicious characters and movements to the law enforcement agencies, calling for community policing to ensure security of lives and property
