Chocolat Royal MGT release statement concerning the closure & re-opening of the cafe

Chocolat Royal was shut down some weeks ago by NAFDAC after claims that they were using expired goods at the restaurant....but it was re-opened a few weeks later. The management of the popular cafe situated in VI have issued a public statement, explaining their own side of the story.
