A woman who was angry about the way her hair looked, decided to stab her hair stylist, police in New York said.
Utica Police said that the two women were at a party when an argument broke out about the suspect’s ugly hair.
20-year-old Cheryl Lynn said that the other woman did a poor job on her hair and wanted to get her money back. The two women left the party, but were later seen on the street fighting.
Lynn allegedly pulled out a knife and stabbed the other woman in the neck, shoulder and chest, before fleeing the scene. She was arrested and charged with second-degree assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
Lynn is being held in the Oneida County Jail. The victim was rushed to a nearby hospital, where she was treated and released.
