Teenager stab his brothers 116 times cause the TV was too loud

A teenager was jailed for killing his younger brothers for being too loud.

Aza Vidinhar of Utah, was 15 years old when he killed his brothers. He was tried as an adult and was found guilty of murdering his brothers.

Vidinhar, now 17 years old, was sentenced to 15 years to life in prison after he admitted to killing his two younger brothers because their television was too loud.

Vidinhar stabbed his adoptive brothers, Alex, 10, and 4-year-old Benjie, a total of 116 times, while he babysat them.

Last June, Vidinhar confessed to the murder of Alex in juvenile court. He later confessed to the murder of Benjie in adult court in a plea deal with the prosecution that was designed to allow him to stay in the juvenile system until he turned 21.

He was not going to be sentenced for the murder of his younger brother before then.

However, the deal fell apart in November, when Vidinhar attacked another inmate with a broom, violating the plea agreement.

Judge David Hamilton sentenced him to 15 years to life in Utah State Prison for the murder.

Judge Hamilton ordered the term to run consecutively with his sentence of up to 5 years in prison for assaulting the inmate during his time at the Mill Creek Youth Center detention facility.
