A woman was jailed for her role in helping her new husband rape her daughter.
33-year-old Misty Machinshok of Pennsylvania, married her husband and desperately wanted to have a baby with him.
However, for some reason, she was unable to have children.
She convinced her new husband, Gary Machinshok, to rape her 15-year-old daughter so that she can raise her husband’s child.
Misty Machinshok was sentenced to between 15 to 30 years in prison for coaching her husband on the best position to raping her daughter so she gets pregnant, and holding her daughter’s hand the “first few times,” according to court documents.
Her husband 29-year-old Gary Machinshok, whom she met through an online dating website, will be sentenced later this month after he pleaded no contest to raping the girl numerous times.
He also admitted to sexually assaulting the victim’s 11-year-old sister, but struck a plea deal with prosecutors in which he cannot be charged for those crimes.
The violations came to light when one of the girl’s told a friend about the abuse and that girl told a teacher.
Both victims are now in foster care.
