The concessionaires of Lagos Container Terminal, APM Terminals Apapa Limited, has announced the appointment of Mr Olufemi Ransom-Kuti as its Deputy Managing Director. Ransom-Kuti is the first Nigerian to work in the company in the capacity of a Deputy Managing Director.
Before joining APM Terminals, he worked with Lafarge WAPCO where he served as the General Manager, Logistics and Procurement, and Nestle’s Central and West Africa Region (CWAR) Supply Chain Division. Ransom-Kuti brings to his new office 14 years of experience in supply chain operations and project management.
His appointment is an indication that the company is now positioning Nigerians to take critical management positions. Ransome-Kuti has proven record in corporate management, formulation and implementation of effective strategies, providing measurable business improvements and contributing greatly to company success.
