Nigeria Football Federation is proposing four high-profile international friendlies for the Super Eagles against Colombia, France, the United States of America and Belgium. Although, these proposals are still in the works, NFF chieftains feel strongly that such games, which would also include top African countries, will see the teams eager to accept the offer.
This plan is aimed at helping the new Eagles Head Coach, Sunday Oliseh, to properly evaluate his players and make the desired changes. The NFF chiefs are eager to have the Eagles play in all the FIFA free windows for 2015, in a bid to keep the technical crew very busy. Oliseh is currently in Europe tracking Nigerian players with a view to considering them for his new team. The Eagles coach is expected to return to country next month to continue preparations for the 2017 AFCON qualifier in Tanzania in September.
