A new scandalous report says, Tripple MG boss, Ubi Franklin and singer, Iyanya, were alleged to have collected money for their European tour in Germany worth about 12 million naira without fulfilling their contract.
The alledged information has it that the duo had earlier collected some amount of money from a show promoter, Mr. Alwin Williams CEO of Britts Events but failed to fulfil the agreements they both had through an intermediary guy by name Bigman.
Ubi Franklin, who has been continuously demanding for money all the time using Iyanya’s name, allegedly used five million naira from the money to get his (ex)fiancée an engagement ring.
Alwin also accused the duo that base on the seven shows that was gotten for them, they only performed six shows and left without performing the seventh one because they kept demanding for their flight ticket which they deliberately missed while coming from Nigeria.
Ubi and Iyanya were also accused of not wanting to take an Economic class flight but kept demanding they be put on a Business class flight or they forget about the show.
They were also accused to have been well fed and lodged in a five star hotel all through their stay but left with their money without completing the show.
