The pastor of a church in Connecticut was seeking forgiveness for committing adultery when he collapsed and died of a sudden heart attack.
Bobby Davis, who founded the Miracle Faith World Outreach Church, told church members to stay after the services because he had something important to talk about that “happened a long time ago.”
The Bishop, who had also been a pastor at the church since 1967, told his congregation about an affair he had and according to police, he went into cardiac arrest after receiving a mixed response from fellow congregants.
He allegedly dropped to the floor during the commotion and died from heart attack. He and his wife, Christine, founded the church and were married for 50 years when he died.
