Black Eye Peas super star singer, Will.I.Am will be hosting bangalee and other international music stars D’banj on April 18, 2015 in Washington DC at the Washington Monument Grounds to celebrate the 45th anniversary of Earth Day, Global Citizen 2015 Earth DayD’banj will join Usher, Fall Out Boy, Mary J. Blige, Train, and Common as special guests at the event. An excited D’banj took to instagram to say,
‘Wow… it is a great honor to be called upon for the Global Poverty Project in Washington DC on the 18th of April, #GlobalCitizenEarthDay Let’s Take action to Protect our Planet and it’s People’.
The event is scheduled to coincide with the spring meetings of the World Bank Group and the International Monetary Fund, Global Citizen 2015 Earth Day will bring together global policymakers, finance ministers, environment and development NGOs, industry executives and high-profile artists….
