Actress Halima Abubakar Speaks Up on Xenophobic attack
The nollywood actress expressed disgust over the incident, which is not happening the first time to Nigerians living in South Africa.
She condemned the act, asking how Africans became heartless.
“I feel so sorry for the officers behind smiling at their fellow Africans on fire. Our values have depreciated. Where did our parents go wrong? Where is our heart? Seeing another suffering seem to make a lot of people happy; too many dining with the devils and thinking they about that life.
“This inhumane treatment must be stopped. We are Africans, and South Africans should know that first hand. I am very disappointed and saddened,” she said on Wednesday.
