SHOCKING DRAMA: Adamawa Governor’s Wife Picture Show On Husband’s PVC

There was a mild drama as the Permanent Voters Card (PVC) of Adamawa State Governor, Bala Ngilari, reportedly displayed his wife’s picture.
Adamawa State governor, Bala Ngilari

Ngilari, who was sworn in as the state governor on October 8, 2014, after Umar Fintiri was sacked, condemned the use of the card readers.

The governor expressed anxieties that a large chunk of the state’s resident who are willing and prepared to vote would be disenfranchised because the card reader machines are malfunctioning.

Ngilari while lamenting the delay in accreditation process urged the staff of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to check their time and be time conscious.

He said he had earlier spoken against the use of the card readers and PVCs in this year’s polls but had to let go his opinion in order not to appear as a villain.

Ngilari, who is a ruling governor on the platform of the PDP was born in December 1953 in Madagali area of the state, is married with five children.

Meanwhile, the PVC card reader appears to be having technical issues in some parts of the country. In Otuoke, Ogbia Local Government Area of Bayelsa State, the home town of the incumbent President Goodluck Jonathan, the card readers also presented a mild drama.

The card readers which accredited the mother of President Jonathan fail to read the biometric of Mr. President and his wife, Dame Patience Jonathan.

In some polling units in Bauchi State, the card readers is almost disenfranchising thousands of voters, although they have remained calm and patient as they await INEC officials to ratify whatever the fault might be.

Meanwhile, President Goodluck Jonathan on March 14, Saturday, paid another visit to Adamawa state within a two-week period in order to facilitate his victory in the state.
