#NIGERIADECIDES: Card Reader Fails To Authenticate Over 300 Voters In Abuja
In Zuba, a suburb of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Abuja and Madalla in Niger State but close to the FCT, over 300 people were unable to be authenticated by the Card Reader and the Presiding Officers in some of the units visited told Vanguard that those that the Card Reader could not complete their authentications were those that could not complete their registration process especially on issue of finger print.
The returning officers in the various polling units said that in as much as the names of those with PVCs were found on the voters register, their names were written on Form E40 which they said was the Incidence form.
As at about 10am only about 100 eligible voters had been accredited at Kwankwashe Polling Unit in Madalla, with about 1106 registered voters.
