This is Okania New Layout Road, by Shell Location, off Ada-George, Port Harcourt. It connects Mgbaraja, Egbelu-Akami of Ogbogoro town. I’m told this is the condition of the road whenever there's a heavy downpour. Today’s rain was no exception. See more photos…
