One Musiliu Bolaji, a 43-year-old fashion designer, had filed a suit at an Ikorodu Customary Court in Lagos State, seeking dissolution of his 13-year-old marriage to his wife, Memunat, over an alleged act of infidelity.
The petitioner alleged that he has on several occasions dreamt of seeing his wife having extra marital affairs adding that when she confronted her, she denied it. He however stated that he had caught her red handed with her ex-boyfriend.
The 33-year-old Memunat, who denied all the claims by her husband accused him of having another wife. The mother of three said, the lady in question, confronted her claiming to be her junior wife.
She however pray the court to settle the disputes as she doesn't want to leave her husband. President of the court, Mr Olu Adebiyi, while adjourning the case, ordered the couple to bring their family members to court at the next sitting for possible reconciliation.
