Oba Of Egbeda Dies As They Prepare To Fly Him To London

The Elegbeda of Egbeda Kingdom of Lagos State, Oba, Dr. Samson Alade Balogun (JP), has passed away. The Kafowoshebi Ilemobade Omoya II died in the early hours of Friday, August 14, 2015, but the death was only made known today.

According to the Adele Oba and Baale of Odemuyiwa town, a particular rite would be performed on Tuesday, August 18th between the hour of 10am and 12pm where there will be no movement of vehicles or people in the environment the rite will be carried out.

It was learnt that they were preparing the Oba to fly to London for more medical treatment when he gave up the ghost.
