Man killed in Nassrawa for renouncing membership

A cultist in Abuja who wanted to quit cultism has paid the price with his life. According to a Nairalander, Matoyeh, the incident happened on Wednesday morning at around 2am.

The user said:

"It was terrible when I heard gunshots and brutal sound of machetes on a guy shouting and screaming, 'I no do again, make una leave me, make una no kill me" around 2am. That noise was so terrific that we could not even come out of our house to see what was happening at New Nyanya, along keffi/abuja express way, Nassarawa State."
Residents found the corpse of the deceased tied to a pole in the morning.
