Aston Villa have had a bid of £12m accepted by Lorient for striker Jordan Ayew, according to Sky sources. The Ghana international is expected to arrive in Birmingham in the next hours for further talks and a medical. The former Marseille striker will be a direct replacement for Christian Benteke who moved to Liverpool for £32.5m earlier this week. The 23-year-old’s brother Andre joined Swansea on a free transfer this summer and his brother could now be set to join him in the Premier League
