This is Dr. Chukwuemeka Ujam who contested for Nkanu East/West Fed. He was caught by the military with 4000 PVCs at Ozalla , Nkanu East LGA Enugu State during the Presidential election..






He somehow got released, won the election and just received his Certificate of Return from INEC.
