Police Summon El-Rufai, Other APC Chieftains Few Hours To Election
The Kaduna State Police Command has summoned the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress in the State, Nasir El-Rufai, and two other APC party chieftains to appear for questioning in their office few hours to the presidential election. Suleiman Hunkuyi and Lawal Yakawada were the two other party chieftains summoned alongside El-Rufai.
Mr. Suleiman is the APC senatorial candidate for Kaduna North and chairman of the APC Kaduna state campaign council while Mr. Yakawada, is a senior member of the APC campaign council.
The spokesman for the APC campaign council in the State, Samuel Aruwan however allege that, the Police intends to hold them down till the end of the election.
