Thugs stormed polling unit at Ward 7 Unit 7 in Bugama, Rivers State and carted away electoral materials late Saturday afternoon.A reporter who monitored the election, witnessed the incident.
Election materials were also hijacked by hoodlums in Polling Units 5, 6 and 11 of Ward 2, Gokana LGA, Rivers State.
