President Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday approved the appointment of Engr. Babachir David Lawal as Secretary to the Government of the Federation. Engr. Lawal was the National vice chairman, North-East of the All Progressive Party (APC), a pastor-cum-politician and hails from Hong Local Government Area, Adamawa State.
