Angry man shoots bartender for serving him wrong drink

A 59yr old man has been arrested on charges of assault after allegedly shooting a bar employee for not serving him tomato juice, police in Montana said.
Hamilton Police said 29-year-old Joseph Lewis, was shot in the chest after returning to his apartment from work early on Saturday.
According to the police investigation, 59-year-old Monte Hanson shot Lewis because he gave him Clamato juice instead of tomato juice.
Lewis’ dog was shot dead. Hanson was charged with attempted murder and animal cruelty. The shooting occurred around 3:00 a.m., on the balcony of an apartment building.
The men were neighbors. Hanson told investigators that drinking Clamato juice was against his religious beliefs. He also said that he had the right to kill Lewis.
Hanson’s bail was set at $250,000.
