Alaba: Bayern will win 4-0 - and I'll be back for the final
The injured Austrian is confident his team-mates can overturn their deficit to Barcelona, while Medhi Benatia insists they must believe they can go through
David Alaba is adamant Bayern Munich will win their Champions League semi-final second leg 4-0 against Barcelona.
A double from Lionel Messi and a late goal on the break from Neymar sealed an emphatic first-leg win for the Liga leaders to leave Pep Guardiola's side needing a minor miracle to reach the final.
Alaba, who is currently sidelined through injury, has no doubt over his side's ability to record another remarkable comeback and hopes to be fit for the showpiece in Berlin against either Real Madrid or Juventus.
"We'll win 4-0 and I hope I'm fit to play the final in Berlin," he was quoted as saying by AS.
Medhi Benatia, meanwhile, says his team-mates may as well not bother turning up for the game unless they believe they can overturn the aggregate deficit.
"It won't be easy, but whomever doesn't believe would be better off staying at home," said the former Roma man.
"We've got a great team and we can score a bucketload at home. We've proven it."
