The people sitting on the floor in the photo are the alleged thugs who tried to snatch ballot boxes in Amuwo Odofin, Festac Town, Lagos.They were arrested by men of the Nigerian Army before they could carry out their nefarious act.
The incident was said to have allegedly occurred in the presence of some police men who watched as the thugs plotted to snatch the ballot boxes. But due to the proactive measures taken by the men of the Nigerian army, the thugs were apprehended before they could carry out their plans.
