The candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Akinwunmi Ambode, defeated the candidate of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Jimi Agbaje at the polling unit of former Vice-Chairman of PDP in Southwest, Chief Bode George.APC had 137 votes while PDP recorded 87 votes in the governorship election
The All Progressives Congress, APC has defeated PDP’s Jimi Agbaje in both Governorship and the House of Assembly election in his polling unit

APC – 124 PDP – 88
APC polled 89 votes while PDP polled 82 in the House of Assembly election
