See The Only Solution For Card Reader Failure
So the INEC Card readers have been failing at various polling booth around the country, and the ad hoc staffs in charge are lost to solutions, but it has been noticed that the protective film on the lense of the reader has not been removed in these areas.
The simple solution is to remove it and the card reader will not only read the prior rejected cards, the process is actually faster. The ad hoc staffs were not given this instruction and that’s what has been leading to the card mayhem around the country.
